We want you to love your Mela & Kera products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, please email our Customer Care team at info@melaandkera.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your product back.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to try another product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@melaandkera.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
